Add Value To Your Property

Our Process

Are you interested in having a solid conservatory roof fitted, but you’re not quite sure where to start? Look no further than Nu-Look Conservatory Roof Solutions. Our friendly team is here to guide you through the whole process, from initial enquiry to delivery of a flawless new conservatory roof that you can be proud of.

1. GET IN TOUCH

Your journey begins with a phone call to one of our friendly Sales Associates, who can offer advice and answer any questions. If you would like to see some of our work in person, we can arrange a visit to our Northampton showroom. Following this, we will schedule a free home visit at a time convenient for you.

2. APPOINTMENT WITH OUR EXPERT

During this appointment, one of our knowledgeable Sales Executives will perform a site survey, taking meticulous measurements and explaining the available options. We will then provide you with a free, fixed-price quotation within 24 hours.

3. STRUCTURAL SURVEY

If you decide to proceed with Nu-Look, we will return to your home at a later date to complete the formalities and perform a full technical service; this ensures the installation can go ahead safely as planned. We will also provide you with a detailed plan of action and arrange a suitable time and date to begin work.

4. NEW ROOF INSTALLATION

The initial build stage usually takes an average of seven working days, depending on the size of your conservatory. We aim to remove your old roof and have the area watertight within one day, minimising the time that your conservatory is exposed to the elements. After removing your existing polycarbonate or glass roof, our team will build a bespoke timber structure that will provide the foundation for your new roof. This is constructed entirely on site to ensure the structure can be specifically tailored to your conservatory. Then, we will install several layers of high-quality insulation before covering this with insulated plasterboard. Finally, your new roof will be finished with Tapco tiles or slate to give your exterior a smooth and professional finish.
