Dear Customer,

Our number one priority is to protect our staff and our customers. Nu-Look is a long established and well-respected solid family business and whilst the decisions we need to make are difficult, they are essential for the preservation of life.

Due to changes in Government direction, Nu-Look have suspended all non-essential activities. These activities include Surveys and Installations. If you have had a booking confirmed or work started, Clare our installations co-ordinator will be contacting you without delay.

Given the nature of this fast moving and completely unpredictable situation it will be impossible to give you alternative dates at this time. However, those with jobs started and not completed will be given priority once the Government restrictions have been lifted.

Nu-Look will endeavour to keep you informed either personally or when this is not possible due to restrictions, please check back to this page for further updates.

Whilst we endeavour to try and cover all bases, please bear with us, as like you we have never experienced a situation like this. However, I am sure that if we all pull together and show each other some forbearance we will come out the other side soon.
