Is your conservatory too cold in the winter, too hot in the summer and forget using it when it’s raining as it’s too noisy?
We can solve all of those problems by replacing your old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a light weight solid conservatory roof by Nu-Look Solutions, serving Oxford, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
At Nu-Look Conservatory Roof Solutions we have been replacing customers old polycarbonate roofs with light weight slate or tiled effect solid roofs for five years and have replaced well over 1000 roofs.
We have five teams of fitters that are all highly experienced in replacing conservatory roofs and all of our work is completed to a very high standard.
When a conservatory roof is replaced with a solid roof, it does require a Building Regulations Certificate as 75% of the roof no longer has transparent or translucent material, then you do require a Final Certificate under building regulations, which we supply with all completed installations.
Please read our customer reviews on our Testimonials Page, on Facebook or on Which Trusted Trader.
As your new conservatory roof will no longer be at least 75% translucent it does fall under Building Regulations, so all conservatory roof conversions are issued with a Building Regs Certificate.
During the installation we will remove your old polycarbonate roof and the old roof structure and build a bespoke timber frame, we also then install three layers of insulation ensuring that your new conservatory roof is very well insulated, and does achieve a u Value of 0.16 which is below Building Regulations requirements.
The insulated roof will help reduce heating bills as the solid conservatory roof will keep the warmth in and then in the summer will help to keep the heat out.
There are different colour options for the light weight slate and tiles to help to match your existing house roof and the internal ceiling is plastered to a high finish, completing transforming your conservatory.
